Good reference materials can surely help in updating the processes in a R&D (Research and Development) facility. There are general pharmaceutical publications and specialized organizations that tackle topics like near infrared spectroscopy which is a new manufacturing strategy. Near infrared technology truly has evolved to cater to a lot of industries. Aside from its medical usability, it's also employed in general manufacturing validations to make sure that products are of high quality.
