KOLAVERI DI means WHY DID YOU DO THIS TO ME

The Tamil word KOLAVERI DI's literal translation is Murderous Rage or Killer Rage. But the sense of the song is not that.
The song is sung by a character who is dumped by a girl and now is drunk. Then he sings the song Why this Kolaveri di which means "Why did you do this to me" or "Why you dumped me".

Dhanush start the song with words Soup song, Flop song. The soup song is a song for those who failed in Love.

We can say the song is in Tanglish and there is no grammar in the song as well there is no sense in doing literal translation of the song. Whether you knows Tamil or not you can still understand the entire song and what the character want to say, If you know the meaning of line Why this Kolaveri Di.
Dhanush didn't write the lyrics on any paper, he just goes with the tune and sings what came to his mind.

The song is from Dhanush's wife Aishawarya's debut film Moondru (3). It's amazing to see that the song got 2.5 Million views just in 1 week. So there can be no better way to publicize the movie.
Dhanush is the singer of this song who is a National Award-winning Actor, Singer and Song Writer and Director.

Enjoy the song:

Dong Chen, Sanjay K. Sharma, Ackmez Mudhoo, "Handbook on Applications of Ultrasound: Sonochemistry for Sustainability"
CRC Press; 1 edition (July 26, 2011) | ISBN: 143984206X | 739 pages | PDF | 15,2 MB

Ultrasonic irradiation and the associated sonochemical and sonophysical effects are complementary techniques for driving more efficient chemical reactions and yields. Sonochemistry—the chemical effects and applications of ultrasonic waves—and sustainable (green) chemistry both aim to use less hazardous chemicals and solvents, reduce energy consumption, and increase product selectivity.
A comprehensive collection of knowledge, Handbook on Applications of Ultrasound covers the most relevant aspects linked to and linking green chemistry practices to environmental sustainability through the uses and applications of ultrasound-mediated and ultrasound-assisted biological, biochemical, chemical, and physical processes.
Chapters are presented in the areas of:
-Medical applications
-Drug and gene delivery
-Nanotechnology
-Food technology
-Synthetic applications and organic chemistry
-Anaerobic digestion
-Environmental contaminants degradation
-Polymer chemistry
-Industrial syntheses and processes
-Reactor design
-Electrochemical systems
-Combined ultrasound−microwave technologies
While the concepts of sonochemistry have been known for more than 80 years, in-depth understanding of this phenomenon continues to evolve. Through a review of the current status of chemical and physical science and engineering in developing more environmentally-friendly and less toxic synthetic processes, this book highlights many existing applications and enormous potential of ultrasound technology to upgrade present industrial, agricultural, and environmental processes.

Laser Welding of Plastics: Materials, Processes and Industrial Applications

image

Rolf Klein, "Laser Welding of Plastics: Materials, Processes and Industrial Applications"
Wil..y-VC..H | 2011 | ISBN: 3527409726 | 260 pages | PDF | 6,5 MB

This is the first detailed description in English of radiation and polymeric material interaction and the influences of thermal and optical material properties. As such, it provides comprehensive information on material and process characteristics as well as applications regarding plastic laser welding.
The first part of this practical book introduces the structure and physical properties of plastics, before discussing the interaction of material and radiation in the NIR and IR spectral range. This is followed by an overview of the physical foundations of laser radiation and laser sources used for plastic welding. The third part describes the main processes of laser welding thermoplastics, as well as possibilities of process control, design of joint geometry, material compatibilities and adaptation of absorption of plastics to NIR radiation. Finally, the author explains applications of laser welding plastics using several industrial case studies from the automotive industry, household goods, and medical devices.
Tailored to the needs of everyone dealing with laser welding of plastics, especially engineers in packaging, component manufacturing, and the medical industry.
